La Mancha Milenaria · La Mancha Soul
La Mancha Soul · Private label, co-branding or hospitality edition: three different decisions
Customisation starts not with label design, but defining whose name, which channel and what scope.
They are not synonyms
Private label identifies the product with the customer’s brand. Co-branding brings together agreed identities. An establishment-specific edition defines particular presentation and conditions. None implies exclusivity or availability without a specific agreement.
The channel defines packaging
Hotels may need kitchen and table formats. A group may seek gifts; an airline may prioritise single portions. Customisation makes sense when solving real use.
What must be in writing
Format, design, co-branding, volume, purchase forecast, channel, territory, duration, exclusivity scope and commercial conditions belong in the agreement when approved.
The first conversation
Before design, share channel, market, volume, packaging and timetable. The proposal then starts with operations, not a pretty label with no path forward.
