We bring together selected producers of olive oil, saffron, almonds, pistachios and honey. People who care about the crops they grow, the way they work and the food they put their name to. We choose their products for flavour, character and a clear sense of where they come from.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL · SAFFRON · ALMONDS · PISTACHIOS · HONEY · Pistachio cream · Pistachio cosmetic oil
For a dish, a breakfast table or a place on your shelves. Each product has its own flavour and its own story.

We do not give you a false hierarchy. We help you choose by use and profile. Cornicabra can offer character and a La Mancha identity; Picual, intensity and presence; Arbequina, mildness and versatility. Then come processing, storage, batch and documentation.

Saffron threads are assessed beyond their appearance: anatomy, origin, harvest season, separation of the stigmas, drying, purity, applicable parameters, traceability, storage and culinary performance. If a protected designation of origin (DOP) or an analytical result applies, it must be demonstrated for the specific product reference.

The solution is not a pretty photograph. It is to work on origin, variety when identified, harvest season, size, shell opening and defects where applicable, moisture, processing, safety, freshness, packaging, shelf life and traceability.

Start with the variety. Our selection focuses particularly on Penta: a variety of documented scientific origin, linked in our project to the Hellín area. Harvest season, size, treatment, freshness, breakage, safety, storage and use are then specified.

Honey is assessed in terms of origin, batch, producer/apiary where appropriate, floral source when demonstrated, authenticity, quality parameters, storage and traceability. Crystallisation can be natural and does not, by itself, demonstrate either purity or a defect.

In a hotel, breakfast, the table and a welcome gift say something about the place. This extra virgin olive oil brings guests the landscape of La Mancha, the memory of its olive groves and the care of a land that Don Quixote made known around the world. The product sheet, format, harvest and batch help the buying team choose a product with a story, not just another bottle.

The people behind the food
We do not publish a certification just because a supplier holds it if it does not cover the product concerned. We do not turn a benchmark into the analysis of our own batch. We do not promise a shelf life, a timeframe, a transport temperature or a capacity that has not been confirmed.
If you need organic products, tell us. We will check the options and the certificates for the products you choose.
